RETURN POLICY
The user can return the product he bought, within 20 working days from the day he received his order from the transport company, free of charge, as long as the product is in excellent condition with the special markings (tags) and the proof of purchase .
FREE PRODUCT CHANGE FROM YOUR LOCATION:
Follow the following steps:
Place the items and receipt in the original packaging.
Deliver the package to the carrier at the recipient’s charge IOLI MICHALOPOULOU & MIRELLA MANTA O.O. without any return cost charge.

To reserve a product that you wish to change from a previous purchase of the same or different value, you must contact the customer service department by email at b38@b38.gr
The time it takes to change the product takes about 7 days from the day the package is received by the quality control department in our store. If a defect is found in the returned product, customer service will contact you.
In case the replacement is not possible due to unavailability of the requested product, the customer service department will contact you again.
If you make your change with any other transport company, apart from the cooperating one, then you are responsible for the transport costs.
The free change of products is only valid for one change per order and only for areas within Greece.
CHANGE OF PRODUCT IN STORE B38
Changes are made to the purchase price.
In case the store does not have the product you want to exchange, you can exchange it with another product or a credit coupon can be issued immediately. Redemption of the credit coupon is valid up to 2 months from its issuance and only at the store from which it was issued.
For gift exchanges, the product must be accompanied by the receipt document number.
REFUND ON E-SHOP ORDERS:

The refund process usually takes 15 working days from the moment the product is received by us. All returns are scrutinized by the quality control department and then processed by the relevant department to complete the process.
In the event that the returned product is found to be defective during inspection, the customer service department will contact you.
If you make your return with any other transport company, apart from Speedex, then you bear the transport costs.
REFUND IN STORE B38
There are no refunds for e-shop orders at our physical store. Alternatively, you can visit our store to exchange for another product or have a credit voucher issued. Redemption of the credit voucher is valid up to 2 months from its issue.
